Refund policy

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

 Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

 Process: Customers contact customer support to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, chewed or heavily used dog toys cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

 Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
